Protected for transport?:

     I send my canvases and the rest of the articles very well protected for transport, reinforcing their packaging in those places that, due to my great experience in sending paintings and prints on canvas, I know that there is a possibility that they may suffer during transport, thus avoiding any type of damage to them and in this way they will reach you in perfect condition.

When will my order be processed and received?:

     Orders are handled and shipped from my studio in Spain in a maximum of 72 business hours ( Standard system) and will be sent to the carrier the next day after processing and packaging. Notwithstanding the foregoing, personalized items have a laborious process time, plus transport time and, therefore, you will receive it in 10 business days.

     Additional time may be required for your order to be processed during holidays, long weekends and peak sales seasons. Please note that I do not ship on weekends.

When will I recive my order?:

     Once your order has been processed, shipping times, depending on the chosen system,  will be the following:

Will I be charged customs and taxes?:

     My prices include all costs, except for destinations outside of Spain (peninsula), where you may be required to pay duties and taxes in your country once you receive your order, although this rarely happens.

     I cannot be held responsible for delays or costs caused​​ and associated with the customs department of your country. For detailed information on such charges, please contact your local customs office.



     If you want to request an exchange or a return, easy, fast and free, you only need to go to our contact email  within 14 days of receiving your order and follow the steps to easily process your change or return/withdrawal.

     You can deliver your return at any collection point you choose and in 2-5 business days you will have your change, refund or discount voucher (according to your preferences).



     Don't worry, you are 100% covered by our guarantee. If only 14 days have passed since you received your order, you can easily process the return by going to our contact email ,  indicating your order number and the problem or reason for the return. My customer service team will review your request and send you further instructions if the return is approved.

     Usually in 2-5 business days, you will have your change, refund or discount voucher (according to your preferences).

     We have to be very aware of the added risk that the return of a painting would entail because it is a unique and unrepeatable work of art that, if it suffered any mishap, would cause great problems for everyone. Therefore, I appeal to the understanding and good faith of customers to avoid such returns as much as possible.

     Be sure to provide your order number and the modification you wish to make. Once the modification has been made, we will confirm it through the same communication channel that you used to contact us.

     Modifications or cancellations are not allowed once the order has already been sent and it is in transit for delivery.



     1.- Only items purchased directly from this online store will be accepted. Returned items must be in their original packaging, including accessories, manuals, and documentation, if any.

     2.- The returned items must be unused, in the same conditions in which we sent them to you and in their original packaging intact. For this, the use of some type of protective packaging (polyethylene bag, kraft paper, bubble, etc.) is mandatory in case the original protective packaging cannot be reused.

     3.- Stains, damage of any kind, unsealed, folded cards, broken seals, broken plastic sheet, etc. will not be accepted. If the condition of the product that is returned to us is not acceptable according to conditions, unfortunately we reserve the right not to refund or exchange the item.

     4.- Products that have been personalized cannot be refunded​​ or exchanged. Non-refundable items include: items purchased through other companies, incorrectly purchased products already shipped, and products damaged through customer mishandling or negligence.

     4.1- The right of withdrawal will be valid during the 14 days after the delivery of the product to its recipient. In this case, 100% of the amount will be reimbursed once the returned item arrives and has been evaluated. As a consumer and user, you will have to bear the cost of returning and damaging the goods in those cases of withdrawal in which the product that is returned to us is not acceptable (according to conditions) or is sent to us from outside of Spain (peninsula).

     4.2- The usual cost of sending a return is from €5, depending on the location of origin, weight and season. You can check the exact cost by sending me an email to .

     4.3- The cost of any damage attributable to the customer that affects the product and its subsequent marketing, will be understood as a complete damage and has a cost that depends on the type of product that has been purchased. You can consult us the exact cost by sending an email to .

     4.4- Changes and returns will be free for Spain (peninsula) with a maximum limit of one change or one return per buyer. The following will have the same costs indicated in the previous point 4.2. of these policies.

     5.- Returns made without a receipt may be rejected. I reserve the right to reject any return that does not comply with these conditions and policies accessible from all the pages of this online store, framed within current Spanish legislation: RGPD, LSSICE, LGDCU and, above all, in the contractual good faith of both parties.
